If you are Assistant Commandant Officer then the age relaxation is provided to you.

You will be provided 5 years age relaxation in the UPSC exams.

Basically the age limit for the UPSC exams are 21-30 years but you can give the UPSC exams upto 35 years.

You must have bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university as well for the UPSC exams.
