Dear,
There is no need for the demand draft, because the fee is paid by online way or you pay the fee direct in the State Bank of India and also you pay the fee through CRF ticket which is available in the Post office.
The NDA exam is bi-annually. The age limit for the exam is the 16.5 years to 19 years.
Only unmarried male candidate is eligible for the exam.
Qualification is required candidate complete or appear in the +2 with science subject from the approved board.

dear demand draft doesn't post only made in favor of UPSC if you are filling application offline mode or belongs to general/OBC category in that situation you will have to make DD.
