Now Application forms are filled and submitted online on www.upsconline.nic.in .
You Need not to post the printout of the filled form.Its not at all necessary.

Friend, as you have already submitted the application form for NDA Examination through Online Mode. Application forms submitted through online mode are not required to sent any paper or document to UPSC. You don't need to send the printout of the application form to the UPSC. But you may keep that printout of application to yourself for future use.
