process, applicant will get Login ID and Password.
4. logs on to http://oasis.mkcl.org/phd2011 with his/her Login ID and Password. After login, applicant
fills DD details, educational details and other required information. Applicant will upload his recent
photograph.
5. Now takes the printout of completely filled online application
6. writes your name and application form number on the reverse side of Demand Draft.
7. Then attaches all necessary copies of certificates along with the Application Form and also furnish an
affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs.100/-, affirmed before a Notary in respect of correctness and authenticity
of the information mentioned in the Application Form. Specimen of affidavit is published on the website in
the Download formatsSection.
8. The Application Form should be accompanied by an affidavit, failing which it will be treated as incomplete &
will be rejected.
