if you are selected for the interviews in upsc's, and later on you will have to submit your noc report from your local police station and forward it to the upsc.
the upsc quotes that under no circumstances the candidate appearing should not be accused for any kind of crime/fir,etc. from any corner of India. THIS IS THE LAW
