UPSC hires deserved candidates for group A and B posts. Minimum educational criterion is a bachelor's degree from any recognised university. So sorry to say that you cannot give.

If you are +2 Science student, then you can only appear for the SCRA & NDA examination. But the age limit is within 19- 25 years. Besides it, you can appear for the examination like CSAT(Civil Service Aptitude Test), CDS(Combined Defence Service), CPF(Central Police Force), when you have passed the Bachelor degree at any recognized university in any discipline.
