in the notification itself mention about educational qualification which says that=candidate who passed graduation froma recognized university or candidates who are in degree final years are eligible for civil service exam
age limit=minimum year is 21 years and maximum (for all categories) is 30 years
5 years of relaxation for sc/st/ex-service men upto 35 years
3 years for obc upto 33 years
10 years for physically handicapped upto 40 years
