CSAT exam stands for Civil Services Aptitude Test.
Appearing in final year candidates is also eligible.
Yes, you can join CSAT exam if you are in final year before coming of Result.
Your age should be between 21-30 years. There is age relaxation for reserved category candidates.
You must be Citizen OF India.
You must be Physically as well as Mentally fit.
CSAT exam a pattern;-
a prelims exam which consist two papers of General studies.After clearing this exa, there will be a Written Mains exam.
After clearing these two exam, there will be a last stages of Interview

yes my dear you can apply for the CSAT exam if you are waiting for your result.
For giving the exam you need to be a graduate or should be in final year of your graduation in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
But you just need to take care of this thing that in case you get selected, you need to have all of your graduation documents at the time of the interview.

CSAT is conducted by UPSc(Union Public Service Commission )
CSAt is the first stage of civil services examination.
It is objective type exam .
CSAT exam is of two compulsory papers of 200 marks each and of two hours duration each .
The eligibility for the CSAT is :
1] A candidate should be the citizen of India .
2] A candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from any recognised university .
A candidate appearing for the qulifying exam or awaiting the result of the qualifying exam is also eligible for the CSAtT.
But if the candidate qualifies the CSAT exam , then he or she has to produce the passing certificate while applying for the Mains exam .
3] Age limits :So My friend your doubt must be clear now ,. Even if you are appearing for the BCA final year exam , then also you are elligible for the CSAT .
