i have complete B.A from Delhi university recently and i want govt. job & i want to give exam in UPSC. please suggest me can i give exam in UPSC for goverment job.

The basic logic and criteria for applying in the UPSC exams is that you must have completed your graduation in any stream,the stream is not of that importance.But you must be graduate.
