UPSC organizes the Civil Service Exam every year for the recruitment of post IAS, IPS or IRS.

In this year prelims exam was conducted on 20 may 2012.

CSE is considered the toughest exam of India, So candidates have need to work hard for the preparation of CSE.

You should study with reference books and NCERT.

so you can easily log on www.upsc.gov.in. and get the solved question papers of UPSC civil services prelims exams there .
you can make easy downloads also from this site also.

UPSC does not release official answer key for civil services examination. But many private institutes like vision ias, vajiram ,Rao and other magazines put their solved answer papers in websites. YOu can refer them , But a a lot of differences between them and remember they are not authenticated .
