Dear Friend,
Yes , you are eligible for IAS post in civil services .
For that no physically requirements , only it is required that you should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
Your age must be under 21-30 years.
You should be citizen of India.
General candidates has 4 attempts to apply where as BC candidates has 7 attempts to apply and SC/ST candidates has no limit to apply for same.
