If you want to become an IAS officer than you have to appear in the UPSC Civil services Exams.
This exam is held in three stages:
>> Prelims
>> Mains
>> Interview
If you clear the Prelims Exams than you can sit in the Mains exams and if you clear the Mains exams than only you would be called for the interview
Minimum educational qualifications required to appear in the Prelims Exams is Graduation pass in any stream
Age- Minimum 21 years
Maximum 30 years
Prelims exams forms will now come out in January or February 2014
Next Prelims exams would be held in May 2014
In the Prelims exams there would be two papers
Both these papers will be of objective type
