You have to apply for Civil Services Examination.
Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.
The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university
Age limit
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs
Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit
Nationality should be Indian.

Dear Aspirant you may join coaching institute for ias exam preparation and you should start your study as soon as possible because dates has been announced for next civil service exams and you do not have more than 4 months to prepare for this exam and you may apply for this exam if you have following eligibility criteria :
IAS exam is conducted by UPSC. there are three stage of exam.
1. Preliminary exam - objective type and there would be two papers conducted in this exam which are as - general studies - i and general studies - ii and each paper has 200 marks and qualifying in this exam is necessary to get eligibility for next mains exam
2. Mains examination - conventional type exam and there would be 9 papers conducted and you may choose any two subjects according to your choice in this exam for your mains
3. Interview process - if you successfully qualify the prelims and mains exam then you will receive a interview call fron upsc board and you will have to face interview under the upsc board and if you qualify in this process then you would become an ias officers
there are about 21 posts under the ias exam which candidates gets after the selection in ias exam in which top 50 ias candidates will get - ifs - indian foreign service, medium rankers will get indian administrative post and then it would be divided as per rank and posts as - irs - indian revenue officer etc.

minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 30 year for genaral candidate and
there is age relaxation provided to OBC and SC/ST candidate is 3 year and 5 year respectively
