Yes ! It is notified ! And in case there are two candidates with same marks there are rules to decide the chance , and in case age n marks are same - chance is given to person having seniority of roll number.

I want to tell you that it is notified that if there are some things same in the bio data's of the candidates like Age,Marks,name etc. then the preferences will be given to the candidates who have the first roll numbers as per the rules of the UPSC exams.
