same problem,somebody help,nobody fucking picks up the call at facilitation counter and the email to uscds is not getting delivered

THe preferences are very essential in CDS. No request for addition/alteration in the preferences already indicated by a candidate in his/her application will be entertained by the Commission. No change of choice once exercised will be allowed. Second choice will come for consideration only when the first choice is not offered to the candidate by Services HQ.
First verify that whether you mentioned correctly in the application. In future always take a print out of the application, it will be very helpful to sort out discrepancies like this.
Secondly you can contact UPSC and enquire in case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding your applications, candidature etc.
