age limit for the candidate in ias exam:-

the age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. and attempt the exam 4 time.

the age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years ( 3 years relaxation ). attempt the exam 7 times.

age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. means unlimited

And here is the details and criteria to write the upsc exam:

Age limit: For general the age limit is 21-30

And for obc candidates 21-33 and for sc/st 21-35

And dear for the ph candidates 21-40

Educational Qualification: The candidate must be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university
