The candidates applying for The CSAT can apply in both online and offline mode. Those applying in online mode can apply online through the official website of the Union Public Service Commission. Those candidates who are applying offline need to buy the application form from the nearest post office on the payment of Rs.100/- as Central Recruitment Fee Stamp.

Dear UPSC board always accept application forms in only online mode which is done on the official website of the UPSC board means each and every exam which is conducted by UPSC board as - Civil Services, Engineering Services, Defense Services, Medical Services, Police Services, etc. all exams application procedure is same which is following :

Before applying for any UPSC exams you should be confirmed that the application/registration process is currently open then apply and if closed then you can not apply for that exam and you should follow the following process to apply for any UPSC exam :

>> First of all you should visit at - www.upsc.gov.in and you will see the homepage of the official website

>> See your left side below the main menu/options bar and you will see - UPSC ONLINE APPLICATIONS

>> Click at that option and you will see a new page in a new window or a new window would be opened

>> You should immediately click at - ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC

>> You will see a new page and you will see the name of that exam for which you are going to apply

>> You should click at - Part I Registration - Click Here then a new application form will be opened

>> You should fill that application form accurately and provide all your informations correctly/truthfully

>> After that you should click at - continue button and you will see your registration no.

>> You should note down your registration no. and click at - Part II Registration and a new page would open

>> Enter your registration number and date of birth in the given box which you received from part I registration

>> You should upload your passport size photograph and scanned signature in the application form

>> Your photos and signature size should not be less and more than the given size in the instructions

>> After uploading these scanned files you should submit your application form and print that immediately

>> You will receive a confirmation mail at your Email ID and you should keep your application form safe

Click on Click Here in Part-I Registration Column

Application form will be open

Fill you details

then you will get registration no.

Then go to Part-II Registration Column

Fill your registration no and Date of Birth

Second part of application form will open

fill your details

then click on submit button
