Yes definitely Hotel and Tourism management graduates eligible for eligible UPSC Exams. All you need is to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for UPSC Exams.
Various Exams are conducted by UPSC for graduates some for them are listed below:
Civil Services Exam (IAS,IRS, IPS)
Engineering Services Exam (Civil,mechanical,electrical, electronics engg)
IFS Exam (Forest Services)
CDS Exam (Combined Defence Services)
ISS Exam (Statistical Services)
CPF Exam (Central Police Force)
CMS Exam (Combined Medical Services)
The Basic eligibility criteria for maximum exams are:
The candidate should have a degree in any discipline from university recognized by UGC. Final Year students can also apply.
The candidate should be Indian
The age limit is 21-30 years

Yes sure you are eligible for exam as the criteria is any candidate holding graduate degree in any field and lies between age group 21-30 can apply for the exam.

any graduate candidates are eligible for UPSC exams which have tourism management graduate degree or in any stream all are eligible who have graduate degree from recognized university.

Hello
Yes you are eligible but for only few of the UPSC exams.On the basis of graduation,the civil services exams are
Civil services(IAS,IPS,IFS)
you are eligible for the IAS,IPS but not for the IFS.
CDSE(For entry in to the IMA,OTA,AFA,NA)
you are eligible for the CDSE.
CMS-you are not eligible.
CPF-you are eligible for the police services.
Usually the graduation from any stream is the criteria,but there are some specialized subjects that you need to study in order to apply for the respective services.
