    Hello,
    IRS stands for Indian Revenue Service. Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

    UPSC doesn't consider marks/percentage so don't worry about it. You just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the Civil Services Exam which are as follows:
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
    The age of candidate should lie in between 21-30 yrs
    The maximum number of attempts for General category is 4
    The candidate should be Indian
