First of all to become an IAS/PCS officer you have to apply for Civil Services Exam that is conducted by UPSC.
For appearing in Civil Services exam you have to complete graduation in any discipline from recognized college or university with any percentage. So as you said you have completed BCA and you are fully eligible for Civil Services Exam.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
>>you must have completed or appearing in final year of graduation.
>>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Limit Number Of Attempts:
>>General: 4 attempts
>>OBC: 7 attempts
>>SC/ST: No Limit
IMPORTANT SUBJECTS:
In UPSC questions comes from General Studies, GK, Mathematics and optional subject that you choose.

This year applying IAS preliminary exam last date is over.
You can do graduation from any subjects to apply This exam.
