You can easily download the format of the NDA exam application format from the internet and upsc official website along with the exam notification.
When advertisement of the NDA exam is released by the upsc then application format is also printed in the advertisement and also show all instruction for fill the application form.
Age limit for the exam is the 16.5years to 19 years.
Qualification is required candidate must have complete or pursuing in +2 with science subject.
Female candidates are not eligible for the exam.
