you can simply go to the website www.upsc.gov.in
and can click on the tab "previous year question papers" and then just making a click on the desired upsc exam you can download the question papers .

If you have completed your 12th class with at least 50% marks with - maths or physics or chemistry as a compulsory subject then you can apply for this exam but your age should be between 17-21 years
