a list of year wise exam papers appears. choose the year for which you want the papers
now the list of exams will appear for which various papers are available now click on the link of the exam and a pdf download will start.
save it and open and see on your system the paper you recently downloaded.

You can download Previous Years Question Paper of any exam from official website www.upsc.gov.in
1. Goto the website mentioned above.
2. Then click on Previous Years Question Papers Tab.
3. Then select for which year you want the question papers.
4. Select the Exam for which you want the question paper (i.e. SCRA)
5. And then download the question papers.
