on the notification date goto www.upsconline.nic.in website and fill the application form for CPF.
you must have current working EMAIL-ID, current photo, and your signature. examination fee can be paid either online or offline.
if you are going to pay fee offline means you should pay the fee in SBI and must have transaction id with you before filling the form.
