I think you are asking about the UPSC Geologists exams .First of all I would like to tell you something about the geologists exams which are as below:

Educational qualifications:

>>You must be a master's degree holder in applied geology or geology or marine geology from a recognized university.Final year candidates can also apply exams.

>>If you have master's degree in mineral exploration or hydro geology then also you are eligible for the exams.

2.Age limits:

The minimum age limit is 21 years and maximum age limit is 32 years on the first January of the years.

3.Examination pattern:

>>General English:100 marks

>>Geology paper I :200 marks

>>Geology Paper II:200 marks

>>Geology Paper III:200 marks

>>Hydro geology: 200 marks.

Note: The important dates for the Geologists exam is not yet announced.

>>I have provided you the examination papers of the Geologists exam 2010.
