apply for the upsc exams which conducts exams for NDA and NAvAL. u will be benifited as u have C certificate in NCC

if you wnt to join the armed forces you can take up the various exams conducted by the upsc or officially released in the army,navy,airforce websites .
i think that your NCC certificates has nothing to deal with the SSB as it purely depends upon skill your giving during the interview . but not to take chances you rather please refer the official website for further details .

You can appear for the RPF,the NDA and the CDS examinations conducted by the UPSC at the class 10th,intermediate and graduation level respectively.
Your holding a 'C-Certificate' might hand you with an edge,but you should remember that the final outcome will always be independent of this.
