UPSC conducts the civil service exam ONCE every year.
The schedule for a complete year is updated on the site in the beginning of each year.
The qualification required to apply for the exam is that one MUST be a graduate(3 yrs/4yrs) from a recognized university.
Age limit:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases:
SC/ST : upto a maximum of five years.
BC : upto a maximum of three years.
State of Jammu & Kashmir: upto a maximum of five years.
Defence Services personnel : upto a maximum of five years
Number of attempts:
General : four attempts.
SC/ST: No restriction.
BC: seven

UPSC Stand For Union Public Service Commission Conduct Civil Service Exam Only 1 Time In Year.
Other Exam Like NDA And CDS have 2 Times In the Year Conduced By the UPSC.

Civil service exam.of upsc is conducted by upsc twice in a year.
To apply a graduate from a recognized university is needed,a
final year candidate is also eligible for the cse.regarding
age-candidate must be within 21 years to 30 years.there are
relaxation for other castes s/c s/t 5 years obc 3 years pwd 10 years
each candidate has to clear cse within 4 attempts and in case
of sc/st there is no limit.
So,as per question upsc conducts civil services exam.twice in a year.

Your age limit should be 21 to 30 years.Some relaxation are provide reserved
category.You must be Indian Citizen.You must be prepare well in this exam
because its a toughest exam in India and so you doing 10 hour study per day.

2. main (October/November)
3. interview
- Civil services exam is organised by the UPSC.
- The exam is conducted only once a year.
- The notifications of the examination are released at www.upsc.gov.in.
- Civil services examination is divided into three stages-
- Preliminary exam.
- Main exam.
- Interview.
- The preliminary exam are generally conducted in the month of may.
- Whereas Main exam is conducted in the month october/november.

but for civil service exam you should have to passed graduation from the recognized university.

If you have graduate degree with any stream from any recognized university then you are eligible for Civil Service Exam .This exam not require any percentage criteria .
Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidate.
