After the advertisement of the exam notification go through it carefully and apply for CSE if you meet the eligibility criterias.
Candidates have to fill the online form and submit it before the last date of submissions.
Please note that there is no other mode than the Online Mode to submit the applications for CSE.
The next CSE notification will be advertised on 02.02.2013 and last date of application is 04.03.2013.

There is two way fill the application form
1. Online method 2. Offline method
With the help of the online method you fill the application form on the upsc official web site www.upsc.gov.in. When you fill the application form then you have the scan photograph and scan sign and all qualification detail. You pay the fee by online method, net banking, debit/credit card or direct deposit to the bank. After fill the application form online method you keep the registration number in your record for the future.
With the help of the offline method you purchase the application form from the post office and fill the application form on your handwriting and pay the fee through CRF stamp, which is also available in the post office. After fix the stamp in required place you cancel the stamp from the post office, it is compulsory otherwise your fee is not accepted by the upsc then application form post through registry or speed post.
