As of now,there isn't any way personally to check the status of your application form.
But the UPSC keeps u updated with all the information of the form status through emails on the email ID you had supplied while the form.

Dear Candidate
if you fulfill all the requirement of UPSC civil service exam. There is no reason that your application will reject if any case you have doubt the UPSC also give details of candidates who have not fill the exam according to the instruction of UPSC.
Before filling the application form just go through the main instruction paragraph of the advertisement which is provided by the UPSC at the time of the notification.
