for this you can take coaching from coaching institute in your area or if possible from chandigarh.
and if you have not enough time for coaching then you have to read daily news paper and you may study a book WORD POWER BY MADE EASY for communication skill.
from all these efforts you will be able to explain yourself confidently but there will be no change in your reality.
And the main thing the interviewer want to know about you is only your reality nothing else.
so don't try to be oversmart.

dear friend SSB is a type of interview which looks deep into your personality so to clear that require a very hard work you should study the current affairs regularly with newspapers and should improve your communication skills very much you can also join some academies which gives coaching for the interview

prepare for general knowledge, english, mathematics
for general knowledge read news papers, watch news channels and be updated with the current affairs
english is basic and elimentary
and for maths u can refer NCERT
