It is clearly written in any online or offline application that you MUST read carefully about the eligibility criteria and other details.Check the NDA 2 notification carefully.The age limits given in the notification are that a candidate should not be born before 2nd July 1995 and not after 1st January 1988.You would have been eligible for NDA I 2013 but after that you are ineligible for any NDA exam due to your age crossing the given limits.
Friend, it is true that your age does not in accordance with the required date of birth for NDA Examination. Please note that the age of the candidate must be certainly below the age of 19 years both at the time of applying for NDA Examination as well as at the commencement of NDA Course after final selection. In your case, it seems to be that presently you are below the age of 19 years but you going to crossed the age of 19 at the time of commencement of NDA course. This is the reason why your age was declared not valid for NDA Examination.

As per the Notification of the NDA II exam 2013 you are not eligible for the exam, Because your Date of the Birth is not in between the date of the Birth of the NDA II exam Notification, Therefore you can not apply for the exam. Acceding to Notification age limit should be

If you want to join the Indian defence then you have the other opportunities also there other than the NDA exam so you can apply for the CDS exam for this you have to complete Graduation from the recognized college. After completing the Graduation you are eligible for the exam.
