Yes, ofcourse you can choose Hindi as the medium of interview.
You can choose Hindi as you seem to be comfortable and confident speaking in it.
Also , one can put his/her views across better in the language one is comfortable speaking in.

if you are writing yor mains paper in English one is allowed to take Hindi as the medium of Interview of personality test.

Yes,of course friend u can give. UPSC gives the option of writing in any of the 22 languages prescribed in our constitution. But in my view its always good to write in English, because of lack of proper books in hindi.All resource materials , books are mainly available in English, which you have to study and translate to English. Further, except in language paper, nowhere your skill in the language is tested. Its enough if you could convey your thoughts clearly to the examiner.

u can give ur interview in hindi language . upsc allow candidetas to give interview in hindi and many other states language but more prefer hindi and english .
this is not a issue for interview in upsc , dont woory and give in hindi .
