Dear Candidate,
-I don't think that there is any such provision which allows a candidate to appear the two optional subjects of the MAINS in the UPSC Civil Service Exams,in two different languages.
-The candidate has to choose the language,either Hindi or English,that he wants to use while giving the exams,before the examination and he has to appear for the same in that language only.He can't opt for one language in the first,and then the second language in the other.
-So you should better start preparations in one language itself.

Sorry you cant do like that. As of now the members/Students can choose any of the one language for all the papers. Like you there are many students trying to know the procedure of taking exams in different languages, but the exam comity said that they are going to consider the option for future.

As of now, there is no other choice and you can take exams on only one language.
