I am sorry to say but you are not eligible to apply for CPF because to apply for CPF exam candidates should be mentally and physically fit.
Your eye sight problem makes you ineligible to apply for CPF exam.
But you didn�t mention the exact problem of your eye, So that I could tell you my exact view.
CPF exam is conducted by UPSC for the Central assistant commandant post.
To apply for CPF exam you must follow the condition of UPSC made for CPF exam
Conditions for CPF exam
You should be graduated in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.
Final year candidates of graduation can also apply.
You should be in age of 20 to 25 years.
Age relaxation as per government norms.
You should be the citizen of India or
A subject of Nepal or
A subject of Bhutan.
You should be mentally and physically fit in all aspect.
You satisfy the above condition then you can apply for CPF exam.

You did not mention exact problem of your eye, so we can not say clearly.
It may be create a problem in medical test.
The candidate who are qualify in the written examination will be called for physical standard/Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Standard Test.
Physical Test:
Height: 165 cms
Weight: 50 kg
Chest : 81 cms (with 5 cms expansion)
Race: 100 meters in 16 second
800 meters in 3 minutes 45 second
Jump: Long Jump 3.5 meters 3 chance
High Jump 1.05 meters 3 chance
Shot-put: 7.26 kgs 4.5 meters
Medical Standard:
Vision: 6/6 Better eye and 6/12 worse eye
Color Vision : High Grade
Type of correction permitted spectacles
Eye should be bright, clear with no disease.
Movement of eyeballs should be full and free in all direction.
Contact lenses or laser surgery not allowed.
After qualify the medical test candidate eligible for interview.

so you are not eligible for cpf exam

height is 165 cm,weight is 50 kgs
long jump-3.5 meters
high jump-1.05 mtrs
short put-7.26 kgs to 4.5 mtrs
