You can only give the CDS exam if you satisfy the eligibility conditions
Some of them are
1. Age limit 19-24 years.
2. You should have a degree from university certified by UGC,aicte..
3. you should be Indian.

Date of notification 10.11.2012
Last date for application 10.12.2012
Date of exam 17.02.2013

You can appear in the cds exam if you are completed graduation from any recognized univercity
eligibility for cds exam;-
the person must be graduate
age limit is 19 to 24 years
the person must be indian citizen
2013 cds exam notification date is 10/11/2012
last date is 10/12/2012
exam date is 17/02/2013
