Hi Aspirant,

Friend every IAS officer is not corrupt but most of the IAS officer is corrupt.

Even I would like to say that most of people are corrupt.

I thing 98 % people are corrupt and 2 % honest.

IAS officer also comes among us. And They become corrupt to earn a lot of money from illegal sources.

But friend are asking about that question that �why they prepare so tough civil exam.�

They prepare this exam to get a good career and reputed and good life as well as do corruption.

Because IAS officer have lots of power and by misusing these power they can make lots of money.

If they are not IAS officer then they can not do corruption at large scale. That�s why they work hard for the preparation.

Not only IAS corrupt even mostly person are corrupt. You are corrupt. I am corrupt.

We are not an IAS officer so we are blaming them. Because we have no chance of corruption. We also do corruption at small level.

When we will be selected for the IAS, we will forget all and will be include in the race of earning lots of money in few time by wrong sources.

So friend I have seen one thing that person can see the others corruption easily but don�t try to see self corruption.

If we see our corruption then our country will lead in the world.

�Generally friend you have seen those person who blames government colleges, government bank, government facilities, government hospital, government employee etc. but every one wants to be a government employee.�

Mostly person want to do in government jobs because we know that there is lots of benefit in government jobs, you can do your work in government job with very relief. You can take bribe. If you caught, you can be suspened for short time and call back again. But you can not be terminated.

Here we forget the problem of other person who is coming to us for any work. We tell him to come next time and trouble them to take bribe.

Well The World or India is too much big

And their is each and every type of persons are their

Some people are very much loyal towards their job

And very honest and some of them are very much corrupt

And just like that Some IAS officer's are corrupt and some of them

Are very honest and not only a IAS Officer some other officer

Like Bank Manager ,Inspector or even out politicians

Some of them are honest and some of them are corrupt

But 80% people in the Government sector are corrupt

And left are very much loyal that's why government jobs or

Government surviving on the base of these people

And as far from your question why they study so much

Hard and then becomes corrupt

Well dear every person have different thoughts and some

Study for the country and to serve for the country

And some study to make money through Illegal Activities

As we know a IAS Have all the power to control the district

So on the basis of their power they are Doing Illegal works

And making money

And according to me it's a part of life in each and every

Field of life you will face bad as well as good people

May be in the face of a corrupted person or a criminal

Or a honest person who can do everything for it's country

No Dear, all IAS officers are not corrupted. Dear, in their early stage all of them are loyal but our countries system is such that people goes down. Generally, IAS are in their twenties, when they join the Service but, as the time passes their Seniors or some incidents come in their path which changes their life. At the time of their study they never think about corruption but system changes them..... So, don't think about this and proof yourself as an Honest IAS officer...Good Luck...

Not all IAS officers are corrupt.Some are Honest and courageous who even give away their lives serving the nation.

The world is full of Vices goes the saying.There are all types of people in this World.

Some are Corrupt and some are Honest ,it depends on the set of principles followed by an individual.

Sometimes it is also influenced by the system in which one operates.

Greed for Money and Power is the main reason to convert a person into a corrupt being.

Sometimes they are pressurised by their Seniors and Politicians to leave their honesty and become corrupt.

I really dont think that all ias or ips officers are corrupt,i for instance am not preparing for this herculean exam to earn money but to satiate my purpose of taking birth in this great country by serving it.Its only those few who never really had the desire to work towards the upliftment of their motherland but to earn money via corrupt means.If you aspire to contribute to your motherland and really do care for the sacrifices of Mahatma Gandhi,Bhagat Singh and many more just to give you and me an independent and sovereign India,and don't want to let their sacrifices go in vain,then civil services are the perfect opportunity for you to serve the cause of national upliftment. From next time onwards always think of the civil services as the greatest opportunity of social service rendered to the youth of the nation by Our Constitution

What to say and discuss about this topic,corruption.
But coming to your question,there is a very common concept that if a individual is honest to his duty and his job,he is honest towards everything.

Do you really thing that the preparations they do for such tough exam,do with the honest frame of mind,and do not do any sort of cheating while getting prepared.
If they would have done this really then believe me ,they would never been corrupted,they cheat with their work ,with their duty and that is the soul reason that when tough times come they wont be able to stand strongly in front of it.

The primary and the only solution to this problem is that ,when you are doing your duty do it with honesty,and this is the way by which you can be honest to everybody.
But we never do so,we all want short cuts in our life,then how this world will become a better place to live in,to walk on the path of generosity is like walking with nude legs on fire,no body wants to do that.But they do not understand that this fire would make them so strong that ,from near future they will become fire man and nothing can make defeat them.

Hi,Before joining ias the candidates join with a motto to serve the people..In the initial stages they to follow it..Before later on due to the pressure of passing or doing any favour to a powerful person they change this motto..Circumstances make them selfish..Thank you..

It is not like that IAS officers are the corrupt people. There are some people in the system who are not loyal to the country but there are many people in the administrative services who are very rigid and know their responsibility towards the country and they continue serving their duty

I think IAS never corrupt.
If any IAS officer do like this.
that means he has a reason.
Reason of pressure and other things.
Because IAS is not only responsible for this.
He just a officer who follows the order.
So if you think so don't worry.
YOu are not a single person .Every person think so.
I just say ... Many people thinks that.. that officer is corrupt and these not .... but they not do any thing and not wanna do.
But some people not thinks they trying to change system and they become IAS officer...
