but join to those service where you can explore your self and give your best for the company.right

Dear Friend
I am just not understanding what you want to say.As you have said that what will be the other jobs if you fail to become IAS officer.
If you donot qualify for the civil services then you will not be able to get any of the services like IAS,IPS.IFS.
There is no other job possibility if you are unable to succeed for the civil services.
For other job possibility ,you have to give other entrance examinations.
For instance,if you are interested in bank jobs then you have to give bank entrance examinations. You will only get government job when you clear the entrance examinations.
As you have not mentioned your stream of graduation so that I can suggest you various examinations other than civil services.
Hope the information helps you.
If you have any other query then you can leave your message here.

You have to work hard, put your hundred percent effort and determination to become an IAS officer. If a candidate fails to become an IAS officer, then it is not end of life. Candidate must not loose heart and be optimist. Candidate should try to make his career in other sectors.

Hi,
You should not loose hope in the beginning , keep trying as you have got 4 attempts to qualify.
Secondly , even if you don't succeed in civil services exam, you have many other government jobs to choose.
But for that , you will have to qualify entrance exam for that job.
So, if you have guts to prepare for civil services, then other exams will be only easier for you.
You can try for -
SSC
CDS
Railways
Bank PO
You can also try for other government organizatons jobs like -
MTNL
BSNL

Sail
Bhel
Private jobs are already an option.
So, work hard for your goal.
