UPSC Prelims examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year . This year Prelims examination was already completed on 20/05/12 and minimum qualification to crack this examination is completed graduate degree of a recognized Institution OR equivalent qualification .

There a lot of sites are available for prelims exam pattern and syllabus but there is no full portion of the examination . You can find only the exam pattern and topics of prelims exam and hole syllabus is not available in single website . you have to buy the some recommend books for the exam materials and you have to search for the information various sites about the current topics .
