At first i want to know that the name of the examination you want to appear. So you have to mention the name of the examination, as the UPSC conducts various open competitive examinations. If it is about the CSAT examination, then the number of questions asked are 80 of each paper, i.e., General Studies and English comprehensive. The marks awarded is 200 of each of the paper. If you want the previous year question papers of UPSC, then it will be better to contact any competitive magazine's publishing house where you can get both the questions and its solutions. If you've referred to the CSE(Civil Service Exam) commonly known as IAS exam, then look for Civil service Previous year question papers.
