Physical Standards are required for Indian Police Services Exam 2013 which are following as :
1. Height Male - 165 cm and 160 cm
2. Height Female - 150 cm and 145 cm
3. Chest Male - 84 cm and 5 cm expansion
4. Chest Female - 79 cm and 5 cm expansion
5. Eye Sight : 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision is decided for good eye and 6/12 or 6/9 declared for worst eye
6. Nasal : Candidate Male or Female must not stammer while speaking
7. Female Candidate should not be pregnant while medical or physical test.

IPS:- Indian Police Service
This Exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission and this exam is conducted by every Year(Civil Service). If you Interest to apply This exam you must have this eligibility Criteria's.
Eligibility Criteria For IPS:-
For Getting To the IPS there are two type of eligibility's There. One is Eligible to appearing to the IPS Examination and another one is after Clearing Main examination and while appearing for the Physical test during the Personal Interview.
~~The Candidates age Limit Should between 21 to 30 years.
~~The Candidates must Possess the Graduate degree in any discipline in recognized university.
~~The Candidates who are in final semester those Candidates also eligible For this examination.
~~The Candidate Must be Citizen of India.

Physical and Medical Standards are following for UPSC Indian Police Service Examination
Hight Male - 165 cm for General, OBC and SC and 160 cm for ST category
Hight Female - 150 cm for General, OBC and SC and 145 cm for ST category
Chest Male - 84 cm and should have 5 cm of expansion
Chest Female - 79 cm and should have 5 cm of expansion
Eye Sight - Distant vision should be around - 6/6 or 6/9 for good eye and 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye and Near vision should be J 1 for good eye and J 2 for worst eye and no inherent night blindness
Ear - Good listening and Normal ear cavity and hearing impairment should not be more than 30 decibels and frequency should be between - 1000 - 4000
Nasal - Candidate should not stammer while speaking / talking/ presenting etc.
Ladies should not be pregnant during physical or medical test
