Hi Aspirant,
No friend it is not necessary that only exceptionally talented candidates can crack Civil Service Interview and exam.
Now a days very poor and average students is also cracking the civil service exam.
So friend you have need of very hard work to crack the Civil Service exam and its interview.
If work hard, no one can stop you to be an IAS, IPS or IRS officer.
Interview test has 300 marks.
In interview the personality, behavior, attitude, communication skill, knowledge are judged by the interviewer.
They will also check your problem solving skill and can give you some critical situation and ask about your reaction or action.
So friend don�t loose your confidence during the Interview.
Answer the interviewer with confidence and with eye contact.
Analyze everything related to yourself like hobbies, meaning of your name, your interest etc.
