yes being an arts student you are eligible to apply for NDA exam.
Basic eligibility required are:
- You are eligible for NDA after 10+2 exam.
-Min age required is 19 years.
-only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
-candidates appearing in 12th class can also apply.

1.yes you can surely give the exam just check the notification at upsc.gov.in and fill the form at upsconline.nic.in and you are totally eligible for the exam.
2.there are no minimum marks what you have to do is just clear your intermediate wit the passing marks but you have to clear UPSC written exam.
3.student of any stream can give the exam so you are eligible.

NDA Exam Eligibility criteria:
(A) Nationality;
A candidate must be a citizen of India.
(B) Age:
According to the UPSC NDA 2011 Examination rules the candidates born not earlier than 2nd July,1993 and not later than 1st January, 1996 unmarried male are eligible.
Sex: only unmarried male are applicable for the post.
(C) Educational Qualification:
(i) For Army wing of National Defence Academy:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 educational level
(ii) For Air force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 educational level with phusics and mathematics subjects.candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent can also apply.
(D) Physical Standard:
candidates must be physically fit and medically according to physical standards for admission to National Academy and Naval Academy Exam.

Hiii friend ....the education qualification required to apply NDA exam is just you have to completed 10+2 with any aggregate(marks)....and your age should be below 19 years ....and an arts student can also eligible to attempt or appear this exam ....and coming to center of the examination ..when you are filling the application it should be asked for perticular center then you will go any my friend all best....
