You can apply through NCC special entry.
For this you need not to appear in the UPSC exams.
you will be called for direct Interview.
if you want to go in the defence services through UPSC CDS exam then you can not appear in the SSB interview without completing the CDS exam.
PROCEDURE OF CDS EXAM
1.Written exam
2.SSB interview
3.Medical test
first of all you must have to clear the CDS written exam after clearing the exam you will be called for Interview.
after Interview your medical test will conducted.

yes you can apply for the ncc special entry ssb interview. in this you need not to appear for written exam you can directly go to the ssb interview.
