These Two exam are Not Same.

You can become IAS exam after B.E by Applying IAS exam which is conducted by UPSC.

IAS exam Eligibility;-

>>Graduation degree from a Indian recognized university

>>Age limit is 21-30 years.

>>Indian citizen

IAS exam pattern;-

Civil services Preliminary exam

Mains exam

Interview

Exam Eligibility for PSI;-

>>You must be passed a graduate from a recognized university.

>>Maximum age is 25 years.

>>Age relaxation is given to Government rules.

Selection process;-

There will be a written test. After clearing written exam,you will be called for Interview.

Now PSI notification is given by MPSC.
