How far does NCC 'B' and 'C' certificates are helpful in recruitment(s) conducted by UPSC or other State PSCs?

I have completed BBM (ca). And I was a best firer in NCC holding B and C certificate . And also a certificate holder
how far are they helpful in exams like upsc, mpsc, bpsc, rspc

NCC certificates does not help anybody in the civil services.All the short from that you mentioned above are civil services.But NCC certificate has nothing really to do with civil services.

NCC certificates help you only in the admission of candidates in the defence wing that is in air force,army,navy.
NCC candidates are generally exempted from any entrance exam,they are directly called for the second stage of selection that is interview.

Hence NCC helps in entry in defence but not in civil services.
