You can give exam after completing B. Tech. There are three engineering subjects for UPSC, like civil engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. if you are good with this subjects as well apart form IT, then you can select one of these subject. otherwise geology, psycology, sociology, geography, law and physics are subject which you may find interesting as well.
