There is no minimum marks requirement if you like to apply for the NDA examination because it only requires the candidates 12th passed in any stream for the indian army and 12th passed in physics and maths for the indian air force and navy.
So just start preparing for the same because there is nowhere mentioned that marks will be required .
Be calm and apply for the same .

Selection Procedure for National Defense Academy.

2)SSB(Service Selection Board) Interview.
3)Physical Test.

NDA is conducted by UPSC,it is conducted twice in a year.
The notifications are released in the month of May and December.

In order to qualify for National Defence Academy(NDA) examination their is no minimum percentage in Senior Secondary or Intermediate examination.

Qualification require for NDA:

MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION	Pass Class XII or equivalent exam with Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics(students who are in Class XII can also apply)
AGE LIMIT	Minimum- 16.5 years Maximum 19 years.

There is no minimum marks requirement for NDA.
As a matter of fact,one does not even need PCM compulsory to be eligible for NDA.
PCM is compulsory if you wish to apply for Air Force and Navy in addition to Army.
For Only Army,12th passed from any stream is enough.
However as you have PCM,you will be eligible for all the 3 wings of Defence.
One needs to have passed 12th from a recognised Board to be eligible for NDA. There is no minimum marks required for being eligible. Pass marks are enough to be eligible.
Age limit for NDA is 16.5 to 19 years at the time of commencement of course.
You do not need to bother about eligibility. You are perfectly eligible.
