Presently I am pursuing my BCA 3rd Semester from IGNOU and also working in defense .Its enough to tell you that it is not possible to get private coaching.My age is about to 21 therefor you please suggest my what books I should go through for preparation of IPS officer and what will be the better subject to choose for IPS entrance exam.I shall be thankful to you.

Your age should be between 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates.
You must be Indian citizen and Physically fit.
There are big list of Optional subjects in which you have to choose optional subjects.
You have to choose optional subjects in which you have full Interest.
The following are list of Optional Subjects;-
You are BCA degree Holder, therefore You have to choose Computer Related Subjects.

I suggest you to take Law/ Management/Indian history because these things are very important in whole life time and these subjects will be easy to prepare as compared to other subjects because everything is already know. But choice is yours. You can check online for list of subjects.

You can choose any of the subject in which you are interested.
There is a huge list of the subjects in UPSC you can choose any of the subjects for the UPSC exams.
From my point of view you must choose the subjects related to computer.
It does not matter that you there is a compulsion of choosing the subject you can choose any subject from the following list:-
