yes you are eligible for IFS if you have studied statistics in your graduation syllabus.again from IAS point of view any graduate can go for it.but remember the age should not be less than 21 and greater than 30 on 1st july of year of exam appearance.

This time UPSC is going to conduct Civil Services exam and IFS exam combindely.
So upsc has published combined notifications.
But the eligibility conditions for both exams are different.
For Civil service exam any graduate can apply.
Whereas for IFS science graduate are eligible.
In this way you are not eligible for IFS as BCA graduate.
You are eligible for civil services exam.
In part-I application form you have to fill 'other' as graduation option.
First I wanna tell you that every graduate student able to apply for IAS/IFS.
So don't worry about it. For choosing you should choose PS .
It is easy to understanding and you can collect information by the news paper or news.
Yes you can apply for both the examinations... choose computer science and applications as the subject.

Yes you can apply for IAS and you may not be eligible for IFS and you can fill any subject either from your degree or from other list given for the optionals and you take care the optional should be taken care of because you can score well in the subject..

IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative service which is conducted by UPSC every year.
IAS exam eligibility;-
1)you must be passed a graduation degree from a recognized university.There is no percentage requirement.
2)Age limit is 21-30 years.
3)You must be Indian and physically fit.
