Dear, following is the list of cutoff list for P/disabled candidates in UPSC Civil Services Exam:- 1. they get 10 years relaxation i.e. they can apply from 21 years up to the 40 years . 2. if the candidate belongs to SC/ST he can apply up to the from 21 years up to the 45 years . 3. if the candidate belongs to OBC he can apply up to the from 21 years up to the 43 years . 4. They are exempted from Examination Fees. UPSC never disclosed the cutoff marks for preliminary examination. But one of the candidate has filed an RTI application and the commission was forced to give the cutoff marks. According to the reply given by UPSC for that RTI application,
the cutoff for civil services preliminary exam 2010 (out of 400 marks ie optional + general studies) is as follows
there is no separate cutoff for optional/general studies. Only overall cutoff was fixed.
